This summer, you have got to try hot yoga! I know the name may be confusing, but basically, “hot yoga,” is a system of exercises where you perform traditional yoga exercises in hot and humid conditions. The heat adds another layer of difficulty, but it also has some benefits that other yoga systems don’t have. The increase in temperature not only helps your body to release excess water but it also helps to increase your flexibility. Generally, yoga is also used for relaxation, so incorporating “hot yoga,” could definitely prove to be a great addition to your routine! So, you should go to your local gym to see if they offer a class, and if they do; sign up! Even if you realize that you don’t like it, at least you can say that you tried it!
